Master Degree Accounting

Master Degree Accounting? I've been teaching kindergarten at a charter school for about three years, making about 37500. I want a career change and thinking of getting a Master degree in Accounting. Will I be able to get an Accounting job, even without accounting experience? Will I even get paid more than what I'm making right now? (I do have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, but didn't really use it)Any answers would be appreciated.
