Deleted PS3 master account and now it wont let me buy downloads on my sub account

Deleted PS3 master account and now it wont let me buy downloads on my sub account? I deleted my master account awhile ago and i just tried to buy the call of duty map pack and it said there are no funds in your master account. It wont let me add funds either so what do i do? This should get everything back.
