Would it be better to get an AAS in Accounting or a Master's degree after a nonbusiness undergrad?
or a second bachelor's degree in Accounting?

It would depend on what your future goals are. If you would like to become a CPA, an AAS degree would not fulfill the requirements needed. On the other hand, if your goals are general business related, an AAS could be enough.
