every time i try to make psn account it says: Enter the sign-in information for the master account that will be associated with the new sub account. and i dont know how to make a master or sub account.

i had the same problem. i solved it by calling sony. they help u step by step. the number is on the ps3 box.

I'm going to need a little more info before I can help you. Are you trying to sign up from a user on the ps3 that dosen't already have an account? (New user) Or are you trying to create a sub-account from a preexisting master account?
