What is the difference between an MBA with emphasis in Accounting and a Master of Science in Business Adminis

What is the difference between an MBA with emphasis in Accounting and a Master of Science in Business Adminis?
They have these 2 degrees at the San Francisco Sate University and I don't know what the difference is.

In practice - nothing. However MBA's usually require some job experience to be admitted to the better programs. I would do the MSc directly after undergrad and leave the MBA until later. Thanks Bill
